    The Leadership Alignment Sprint is a short, structured piece of work designed to help leadership teams reconnect, rebuild shared understanding, and move forward together.

    It’s particularly effective during moments of transition - such as leadership changes, strategy resets, or periods of organisational strain - when confidence, clarity or participation may have been affected.

    Over 6-8 weeks, this typically involves:

    • One-to-one conversations with each SLT member to understand perspectives, assumptions and concerns

    • Careful synthesis of themes, tensions and areas of misalignment

    • One or two facilitated leadership sessions focused on:

      • Shared priorities and purpose

      • How decisions are made and owned

      • How leaders communicate and work together
